The Well Site Engineer (WSE) reports to the on site Rig Supervisor concerning his rig site activities. For the training aspects of the job, and during periods of onshore (office) work, he/she reports to the Head of 
Drilling Engineering. 

Specific Duties: 
1/ Reporting 
2/ Drilling, Workover and Completion Fluids 
3/ Casing and Cementing 
4/ Formation Sampling and Evaluation 
5/ Well Control Operations 
6/ Directional Drilling Operations 
7/ Completion and Workover Operations 
8/ Well Simulations 

General Duties: 
• Be responsible for preparation of the final well report. 
• Prepare, by his/hers own initiative, well-documented reports (including photographs) of every unusual event or observation related to the field operations. 
• Perform Job logs covering various operations, including production testing, completion operations, and logging operations. 
• Ensure that manuals and procedures are at hand and updated on the rig.
